Open Day at the Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA) is an ideal opportunity for you to experience first hand this unique, world class training and educational facility. At ADFA on Open Day:
Defence members and University of New South Wales (UNSW@ADFA) staff will be able to provide you with course and careers information. Navy Midshipmen and Army and Air Force Officer Cadets will also be available to talk to you about their life at ADFA and take you on personalised tours of the campus.
Open Day is your chance to see a range of exciting action packed displays by the Navy, Army and Air Force. You can observe ADFA Midshipmen and Officer Cadets navigating the above-pool obstacle course, abseiling, rock climbing and martial arts. You will also be entertained by live music throughout the day.
Tours led by UNSW@ADFA staff will highlight the outstanding academic facilities and staff will also host information sessions on all aspects of academic life to potential applicants and their families. These information sessions will address both the undergraduate and postgraduate courses. UNSW@ADFA welcomes postgraduate applications from non-military applicants.
