The Australian National University
ANU is consistently ranked as one of the top universities in the world – and it is here on your doorstep.
Open Day at ANU will help you discover the distinctive, research-driven education on offer at Australia’s national university. You will also learn more about what our beautiful campus has to offer, with advice on courses, enrolment and university life.
The University boasts leading researchers and world-class facilities, including the most powerful computer in Australia, modern laboratories, and two million volumes lining the shelves of our libraries.
This year, visitors will converge on the ANU Sport and Recreation Centre, where representatives from every teaching area will be based, providing detailed course advice and ideas for study options for undergraduates and postgraduates.
During the day visitors may attend talks on how to prepare for life at university, career options, mature-age entry and programs. There will even be a special session for parents.
No snapshot of ANU would be complete without a taste of the comprehensive support services and social side of life at the University, including the medical centre, counselling, banks, restaurants and sporting facilities. There will also be live music, art exhibitions, restaurants and a free sausage sizzle.
